CHOIR
Each parish has its own Choir group. In certain parishes they have Junior Choir or children’s choir. The Visitator is very particular in having the proper and propitious songs to be sung during the Divine Liturgy. He gives instruction to the Parish Priest and the Choir leader for improving and systematizing the liturgical singing. Art of celebrating liturgy is of paramount importance for and enriching spiritual experience. They have weekly practices as well as practical sessions before big celebrations. Feast of St. Sicily is celebrated in certain mass centres. The statistics ofthe
number of Altar Servers is detailed in the 5th Chapter.

FAMILY PRAYER UNITS
This concept is mainly based on the life of the early church (Acts 2/42). These basic Christian communities are structured and designed in order to better facilitate the communion of the families in a particular area of the parish. The monthly meeting is basically concentrated on the Recital of Rosary, Lectio Divina, Reading of the Saints and discussion of any pertinent pastoral or charitable matters and feasible and possible execution of the same. This is functioning in a regular manner in Ireland. The pastoral matters of the parish can be easily conveyed to the local areas. This is the main advantage.

MEDIA MINISTRY
All the modern means are used for informing the details of the events and endeavours of the community through Website, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, letters, flyers, Bulletins, Souvenirs and Leaflets.

PARISH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (PMS)
It is the means to collect the details of the families and the individuals of the Ap. Visitation. The Altar Servers, Sacristans and the Choir form the Liturgical Committee in each Mass centre and work together for the meaningful and graceful celebrations of the liturgy. The above mentioned administration and ministries are successfully actualized through various means.

LAY MINISTRIES
The Apostolic Visitation’s next priority was organizing its ministry by conscientizing the migrant communities in faith and morals, forming the individuals to grow as integral persons. Children’s Ministry, Youth Apostolate and Family Apostolate (comprised of Mathruvedi, Pithruvedi, SMILE, Family Units, Marriage Preparation Course and Prolife) had worked wonders in the growth of the formation of individuals as per the teachings of the Church. At the very outset, the Visitator had the intention not only to cater the liturgical needs of the Syro- Malabar Migrants but also to quench their thirst for communion and fellowship and thereby witness to the values of the gospel for the good of their own community and good of the people living in their vicinity. These ministries were also meant to foster Christian leadership according to the age level. Thus, we have Little Flower Mission League (CML or SM Teens) for children from 13 to 17, Syro-Malabar Youth Movement (SMYM) from 18 and upwards, Mathruvedi (Mothers’ Forum) and Pithruvedi (Fathers’ Forum or St. Vincent De Paul Society).
